TAI CHI

Monday mornings 9:00-10:30am
Wednesday evenings 7:30-9:00pm

Beginners class is the first 45 minutes of the session.
Once you complete the form, your work deepens.

Guang Ping Yang Taijiquan (Tai Chi)
is a series of 64 postures that are slow, centered, grounded and meditative. They give strength and balance to the physical body while enhancing the development of the body's internal vital energy (Qi) which leads to improved cardiovascular flow, digestive assimilation, lower blood pressure and stress levels, and
stimulates immune system function.

Done standing, this relaxing ancient Chinese martial art promotes health, increases focus, balance and strength. A moving meditation.

For every-body.

Lucy Bartimole
